sections 26 to 28 (road transport);

sections 29 to 38 (harbours);

section 39 (development consent for generating stations with 350MW capacity or less) for the purposes of Schedule 1 to the Wales Act 2017 (new Schedule 7A to the Government of Wales Act 2006^f1);

sections 44 and 45 (equal opportunities);
