Section 59 (interpretation) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), in the definition of “the court”^f1, after “60” insert “and Schedule 8A”.

In subsection (1A)^f2, after “Scotland,” insert ““claimant” is to be read as “pursuer” and”.
