1Citation and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Church Representation and Ministers Measure 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019.

In this Order “the Measure” means the Church Representation and Ministers Measure 2019.

2Commencement on 1st January 2020

The Measure so far as not already in force comes into force on 1st January 2020.

Explanatory note

(This note is not part of the Order)

This Order brings into force the substantive provisions of the Church Representation and Ministers Measure 2019, including Schedule 1 which substitutes a new Schedule 3 (Church Representation Rules) in the Synodical Government Measure 1969.
