Regulation 2 Environment Act 1995
In the Environment Act 1995f1, in section 56(1) as it has effect in England and Wales, in paragraph (h) of the definition of “environmental licence” in the application of Part 1 of that Act in relation to an appropriate agency, at the end insert “as last amended by Council Regulation (EU) 2017/997f2,”.
