These Regulations may be cited as the Citizens' Rights (Application Deadline and Temporary Protection) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020 and come into force on IP completion day M1.

In these Regulations—
“the EEA Regulations 2016” mean the Immigration (European Economic Area) Regulations 2016 M2;
“application deadline” has the meaning given in regulation 2.
