Regulation 2 Provisions coming into force on IP completion day

The following provisions of the Nuclear Safeguards Act 2018 come into force on IP completion day—

(a)

section 1(1); and

(b)

paragraphs 2, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11 and 12 of the Schedule and section 1(5) in so far as it relates to those paragraphs.
