Regulation 1 Citation, interpretation and extentI1

These Regulations may be cited as the Offensive Weapons Act 2019 (Commencement No. 2) (England and Wales) Regulations 2021.

In these Regulations—

• “KCPO” means a knife crime prevention order;

• “the specified period” means the period F1beginning with 5th July 2021 and ending with 31st March 2023;

• “the 2019 Act” means the Offensive Weapons Act 2019.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
