Section 1(3) (amendment of the Outer Space Act 1986), except in so far as it relates to an activity of procuring the launch of a space object where—

(a)

the activity is carried out in the United Kingdom by persons to whom the Outer Space Act 1986 applies by virtue of section 2 of that Act, and

(b)

the launch of the space object is to be carried out outside the United Kingdom F1....
