Regulation 1 Citation, interpretation and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Immigration Act 2016 (Commencement No.1 and Transitional Provisions) (Scotland and Northern Ireland) Regulations 2022.

In these Regulations, “the 2016 Act” means the Immigration Act 2016.

(3)

These Regulations extend to Scotland and Northern Ireland.
