Regulation 2 Provisions coming into force on 1 October 2022

The following provisions of the Act, so far as not already in force by virtue of section 28(1) of the Act, come into force on 1 October 2022–

(a)

Sections 1 to 3 (so far as not already in force by virtue of section 28(1) of the Act);

(b)

Sections 4 to 13;

(c)

Section 24 (so far as not already in force by virtue of section 28(1) of the Act); and

(d)

Section 25(2).
