This Order may be cited as the York and North Yorkshire Combined Authority Order 2023.
(2)
Save as provided in paragraph (3) this Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(3)
Articles 27, 41(1) and 42 to 44 come into force on 7th May 2024.
(4)
This Order extends to England and Wales.
