These Regulations may be cited as the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 (Commencement No. 1 and Savings and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2024.

In these Regulations—

  • “the Act” means the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024;

  • “the commencement date” means 1st January 2025.
