Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Procurement Act 2023 (Commencement No. 3 and Transitional and Saving Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2024.

These Regulations come into force on 17th September 2024.

(3)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
