Regulation 1 Citation, extent and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Occupational Pension Schemes (Collective Money Purchase Schemes) (Extension to Unconnected Multiple Employer Schemes and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2025.

These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.

(3)

These Regulations come into force on 31st July 2026.
