Regulation 3 Provisions coming into force on 2nd March 2026
The following provisions of the 2025 Act come into force on 2nd March 2026—
(a)
section 1(1) and (4) (Armed Forces Commissioner);
(b)
Schedule 1 (Armed Forces Commissioner).
