Article 3 Constitution of Trustees

(1)

On and after the new constitution date the Trustees shall consist of—

(a)

four persons elected in 2005 and every third year thereafter;

(b)

three persons appointed in 2006 and every third year thereafter; and

(c)

the harbour master, by virtue of that office.

(2)

The term of office of Trustees other than the harbour master shall commence on 1st December in the year of election or appointment and shall be for three years.
