  "text": "There shall be a Convenor and Vice-Convenor of the Trustees who shall be elected by the Trustees from among their number at their first meeting after the date of coming into force of this Schedule and thereafter at the first meeting after the end of the term of office of the previous Convenor, except that the harbour master shall not be eligible to be Convenor.",
