# The Ullapool Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2005, Paragraph 5


If the Trustees are satisfied that either or both of the Convenor or Vice-Convenor should cease to hold office as such, they may terminate that office as such and appoint another Trustee to be Convenor or Vice-Convenor or both, as the case may be.
