# The Ullapool Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2005, Paragraph 8


At all meetings of the Trustees, three shall be a quorum and no business shall be transacted at any meeting of the Trustees unless a quorum shall be present at such meeting and every meeting of the Trustees may be adjourned from time to time whether a quorum be present or not.
