# The Ulster Defence Regiment (Amendment) Order 2005, Note: Explanatory note

This Order amends the Order by Her Majesty dated 4th January 1971 (“the principal Order”) in consequence of the introduction of civil partnerships by the Civil Partnership Act 2004 (2004 c. 33).
A regulatory impact assessment has not been prepared for this instrument, as it has no impact on the costs of business.
