Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

Whereas a draft of these Regulations has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament;

Now, therefore, the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 207 of the Companies Act 1989^f1 and now vested in them^f2, hereby make the following Regulations:
