(a)

paragraph 4 of Part IV of Schedule 1 to the Trustee Investments Act 1961^f1; or

paragraph 3(7) of Part III of Schedule 2 to the Building Societies (Accounts and Related Provisions) Regulations 1998^f2,

includes a reference to uncertificated units of eligible Northern Ireland Treasury Bills.
