# The Uncertificated Securities (Amendment) Regulations 2013, Regulation 3: Transitional provision


Any application for approval under regulation 4 of the Uncertificated Securities Regulations 2001 that has been made, but has not been determined, before the commencement of these Regulations is to be determined as if these Regulations were not in force.
