Regulation 102 Periodic reports

The Complaints Commissioner shall prepare a report on his activities not less often than once a year and submit it to the Secretary of State and the Operator and shall publish it.

(2)

In a report under this regulation, the Complaints Commissioner may express views as to any matter relevant to the system which appears to him appropriate in the light of his activities.
