  "text": "(1) It is the duty of every company having in issue an uncertificated security to establish and maintain a record of holders of entitlements to units of the security concerned.\n(2) The company shall enter into the company’s record of etitlements for a particular security the name of each primary company controller holding an entitlement to a unit of the security concerned, together with the number of entitlements held by that controller.",
