  "text": "(1) Section 352 of the 1985 Act shall apply with respect to such part of a company’s register of members as concerns uncertificated shares, save that:\n(a) subsection (2)(b) shall only apply where a person is registered other than at a periodic update of the register;\n(b) subsection (2)(c) shall not apply; and\n(c) the following sub-paragraph shall have effect in place of section 352(6).\n(2) A company shall keep for a period of 20 years a copy of each periodic revision hereunder of its register of members.\n(3) Section 358 of the 1985 Act shall not apply with respect to such part of a company’s register of members as concerns uncertificated shares.",
