  "text": "Section 191 of the 1985 Act shall apply with respect to a register of debenture holders maintained under section 190 of that Act to the extent that that register concerns uncertificated debentures as if:\n(a) the words “except when duly closed” in subsection (1); and\n(b) sub-section (6)\nwere omitted.",
