  "heading": "Cancellation &c of a unit of a security",
  "text": "(1) Where for any reason a unit of a security ceases to be in issue, the entitlement to that unit shall cease to exist.\n(2) Where any units of a security are consolidated into one unit or a unit is subdivided, the entitlements to those units shall be consolidated into one entitlement or (as the case may be) be subdivided into entitlements to the subdivided units.",
