Article 1 Title, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Undersized Bass Order 1989 and shall come into force on 1st January 1990.

In this Order–

  • “the Act” means the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967;

  • “length” means length from the tip of the snout to the extreme end of the tail fin.
