  "text": "(1) This Order—\n(a) may be cited as the Undersized Bass Order 2007;\n(b) subject to paragraph (2), does not form part of the law of Scotland or Northern Ireland; and\n(c) comes into force on 6th April 2007.\n(2) Nothing in paragraph (1)(b) prejudices the effect of section 14 of the Act in relation to, or for purposes incidental to, any provision that creates an offence.",
