  "text": "(1) In this Order—\n“the Act” means the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967;\n“bass” means fish of the species Dicentrarchus labrax;\n“Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey fishing boat” means any fishing boat registered in the Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey respectively;\n“Northern Ireland fishing boat” means any fishing boat registered under the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 as belonging to a port in Northern Ireland;\n“Northern Ireland zone” means the sea within British fishery limits which is adjacent to Northern Ireland.\n(2) Any reference, other than a reference in article 9, to “British fishery limits” excludes the sea adjacent to Wales out as far as the seaward boundary of the territorial sea.",
