# The Undersized Bass Order 2007, Article 4: Exemption from prohibition on landing


The prohibition in section 1(1) of the Act, as read with this Order, does not apply to bass that is—
(a) landed by a foreign fishing boat, other than an Isle of Man, Jersey or Guernsey fishing boat; or
(b) farmed commercially.
