Coming into force 5th August 2002
The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred upon it by sections 1(1) and (6) and 15(3) of the Sea Fish (Conservation) Act 1967 and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, hereby make the following Order:
