FISHERIES
Made 8th May 2000
Coming into operation 16th June 2000
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 127(1) and (3A) of the Fisheries Act (Northern Ireland) 1966 and of every other power enabling it in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:

## 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Undersized Whiting (Revocation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2000 and shall come into operation on 16th June 2000.

## 2 Revocation

The Undersized Whiting Order (Northern Ireland) 1993 is hereby revoked.
