  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.\n(2) Part I of this Act extends to England and Wales and to Northern Ireland; but it does not extend to Scotland.\n(3) Part II of this Act extends to Scotland only.\n(4) This Part of this Act extends to the whole of the United Kingdom.",
