  "heading": "CONTRACTS AND PARTICULAR TERMS EXCLUDED FROM THE SCOPE OF THESE REGULATIONS",
  "text": "These Regulations do not apply to —\n(a) any contract relating to employment;\n(b) any contract relating to succession rights;\n(c) any contract relating to rights under family law;\n(d) any contract relating to the incorporation and organisation of companies or partnerships; and\n(e) any term incorporated in order to comply with or which reflects\n(i) statutory or regulatory provisions of the United Kingdom; or\n(ii) the provisions or principles of international conventions to which the member States or the Community are party.",
