# The Unitary Development Plans (Merseyside) (Appointed Day) Order 1988, Article 2


4th August 1988 is appointed as the day on which Part I of Schedule 1 to the Local Government Act 1985 shall come into force in the areas of the local planning authorities listed in the Schedule hereto.
