# The Unitary Development Plans (Rotherham) (Appointed Day) Order 1990, Article 2


3rd July 1990 is appointed as the day on which Part I of Schedule 1 to the Local Government Act 1985 shall come into force in the area of Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council.
