  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThe Local Government Act 1985 abolished the Greater London Counciland metropolitan county councils. The Act consequently provides for the replacement in their areas of existing structureand local development plans under townand country planning regislation by “unitary development plans”. This Order brings the provisions of the 1985 Act relating to unitary development plans into force in the Metropolitan Borough of Rotherham on 3rd July 1990.",
