# The Unitary Development Plans (West Yorkshire) (Appointed Day) Order 1989, Article 2


25th September 1989 is appointed as the day on which Part 1 of Schedule 1 to the Local Government Act 1985 shall come into force in the areas of the local planning authorities listed in the Schedule hereto.
