Article 3 Amendment of Article 8(8) of, and paragraph 4 of the Schedule to, the Order

In paragraph (8)(c) of Article 8 of the Order and in paragraph 4(c) of the Schedule to the Order the words “or Rwanda” shall be inserted after the words “the former Yugoslavia”.
