  "heading": "Amendment of article 2 of the Order",
  "text": "(1) The definition of “the former Yugoslavia” in article 2 of the Order shall be omitted.\n(2) The definition of “prohibited destination” in article 2 of the Order shall be replaced by the following—\n““prohibited destination” means Liberia, Somalia or Rwanda;”.\n(3) The definition of “prohibited goods” in article 2 of the Order shall be replaced by the following—\n““prohibited goods” means—\n(i) goods of a description specified in Group 1 of Part III of Schedule 1 to the Export of Goods (Control) Order 1994; and\n(ii) goods which are or may be intended, wholly or in part, to be used in connection with the development, production, handling, operation, maintenance, storage, detection, identification or dissemination of chemical, biological or nuclear weapons or the development, production, maintenance or storage of missiles capable of delivering such weapons.”.",
