  "text": "The Principal Order is amended as follows:—\n(1) In Article 2 the words “Rwanda or” are omitted from the definition of “prohibited destination”.\n(2) In Article 2 sub-paragraph (ii) shall be deleted from the definition of “prohibited goods”.\n(3) In Article 3(1) sub-paragraphs (c)(iv) and (c)(v) shall be deleted and the word “or” shall be removed from the end of sub-paragraph (c)(iii) and a full-stop inserted.\n(4) In Article 7 paragraph (1A) and (3A) shall be deleted.\n(5) In Article 8 the words “or (1A)” which appear before the words “of article 7” in paragraphs (1), (3) and (5) shall be deleted.\n(6) In Article 8 sub-paragraph 8(c) the words “or Rwanda” shall be deleted.\n(7) In Article 10 sub-paragraph 1 the words “or (3A)” shall be deleted.\n(8) In sub-paragraph 4(c) of the Schedule the words “Rwanda or” shall be deleted.",
