Article 2
The Orders listed in Schedule 2 are amended by inserting:
(a)
after the word “licence” wherever it appears, and after the word “permission” wherever it appears, the words “in writing”; and
(b)
before the words “or a British protected person” wherever they appear, the words “, a British National (Overseas)” except where those words already appear in the relevant sub-paragraph.
