# The United Nations Sanctions (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2015, Article 4: Amendment of the North Korea (United Nations Sanctions) Order 2009


In article 2 of the North Korea (United Nations Sanctions) Order 2009, in the appropriate place insert—
““general customs official” means a designated general customs official under section 3(1) of the Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009, or a designated customs revenue official under section 11(1) of that Act;”.
