  "text": "Social Security\nMade 20th February 2017\nLaid before Parliament 23rd February 2017\nComing into force 1st April 2017\nThe Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 96(1), (4)(c) and (g) and (10) and 97(1) of the Welfare Reform Act 2012.\nIn accordance with section 172(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992, the Secretary of State has referred the proposals for these Regulations to the Social Security Advisory Committee.",
