# The Universal Credit (Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Universal Credit (Transitional Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 13th October 2014, except as provided by paragraph (3).
(3) Regulation 3, and regulation in so far as it relates to that regulation, come into force on 3rd November 2014.
