  "text": "Social Security\nMade at 10.30 a.m. on 4th July 2022\nLaid before Parliament at 3.00 p.m. on 4th July 2022\nComing into force 25th July 2022\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1), (2) and (3) of, and paragraphs 1(1), 3(1)(a) to (c), 4(1), (2)(c) and (d) and (3)(a) and 6 of Schedule 6 to, the Welfare Reform Act 2012.\nIn accordance with section 172(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 the Secretary of State has referred proposals in respect of these Regulations to the Social Security Advisory Committee.",
