  "text": "SOCIAL SECURITY\nMade 20th November 2023\nLaid before Parliament 22nd November 2023\nComing into force 14th February 2024\nThe Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 42(1), (2) and (3) of, and paragraphs 1(1), 4(1)(b) and (2)(d) of Schedule 6 to, the Welfare Reform Act 2012.\nIn accordance with section 172(1) of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 the Secretary of State has referred proposals in respect of these Regulations to the Social Security Advisory Committee.",
