# The Universal Credit (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2014, Paragraph 8: Modifications to the Tax Credits Act 2002


In section 23 (notice of decisions)—
(a) in subsection (1), for “18(1), (5), (6) or (9)” substitute “18(1) or (5)”;
(b) in subsection (3)—
(i) after “18(1)” omit “or (6)”;
(ii) for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b) the notice of the decision under subsection (1) of section 18,”.
